Where are you located?

We are based in Canada. Unfortunately, we are mostly focusing on online and do not have a physical showroom. We will try our best to accommodate customer's requirements through email immediately.

What is currency of the products?

All our products are stated base on your country's currency.

 

Where are your products from?

Most of them are made and shipped from our workshop in Hong Kong and China. Some of them may be shipped directly from Canada if available in stocks.

 

What about import taxes?

We will pay full or partial import taxes upfront, so customer will not pay or pay much less than they are suppose to.

 

Is your website secure?

Your personal and financial is a top priority to us. Any information you transmit on ArcLightsDesign is processed by an industry-standard data encryption system.

 

Will I received an order confirmation?

when you order is successfully submitted, an email from our team will send to you to confirm that we are working on your order.

 

What if I need to change my order?

You would have 24 hours to email us regarding to the changes. If 24 hours have passed, please still contact us as we try our best to accommodate your request.

 

What if I am not satisfy with my purchase, how do I return it?

We want to deliver a best online shopping experience to you. Please contact us at info@arclightsdesign.com within 14 days of receiving the items as we would try our best to assist  you. See Returns & Exchanges page.

 

Who is responsible for return shipping?

Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. For damaged products concerns, please refer to Returns & Exchanges page.
