We have stocks on majority of our items, the lamps are made and shipped directly from our workshop in Hong Kong/ China. We may have stocks in Canada to ship express, please contact us if the chosen items are available for express. This approach saves time, money, resources and has a lower environmental impact since items are not being shipped twice.
Standard International Shipping
We offer free standard shipping worldwide. However, there are some restrictions in some countries that we may not be able to. We do not ship to India and Puerto Rico in United State.
We offer shipping to your door in most cases. Depending on your location, your order will ship internationally and handled by the local carriers or other 3rd party carriers. For large items, your products will often be delivered by a local delivery carrier in your area. If your order includes multiple products, you may receive separate shipments to ensure they are secured.
PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
Unfortunately, express shipping is not available for most of shipment due to distance and large items. However, please check with us (by emailing) if we can do in some certain items and countries.
We will add tracking number to your order and an email will be sent to customers. Please inform us if you have difficulty of tracking the item.
Most items are already in stock and usually ship in 3-5 days of receiving the order. Large items require a longer shipping time vary to different countries. Your merchandise should then arrive in about 10-25 days (depends on the country). If the product(s) is not in stock, we will inform you within 48 hours of placing your order of the expected lead time and our delivery plans. If an item is out of stock, you will have the option to cancel your order at that time.
Holidays or special events may affect the shipping time. If you are in rush, please consider before placing your order. Please feel free to contact us for any questions before placing an order.
We try our best to bear customs fees for you. However, customers are still responsible for customs fees occasionally.
You are required to inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Depends on the damage’s degree, we will offer compensation or a free return with full refund as customer desire.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs on returns that are not damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs should an item be returned. Please see our return policy for more information.
Changing a Delivery Address
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the destination. Please inform us as soon as possible as we do our best to notice the carriers but there is no warranty.
