Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

  1. Our return window is within 14 days of receipt. It means you can provide us a valid tracking number or pictures at post office at the time of returning. We do not include the shipping period in the 14 days window. Please contact us as soon as possible for returning, an extension may be applied case by case. 
  2. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  3. Start the refund process by emailing info@arclightsdesign.com with your order number and the reason. Upon approval you will receive a refund confirmation and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  4. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. We also offer a low-cost return label for most of our items, so feel free to reach out to us.
  5. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
  6. Any returns or cancellations happened after 48 hours of placing the order, a 5% restocking fee will be applied to the total of the order.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Due to some import restrictions, waiting time may be varies. Please know that we will continue to do everything we can to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible, but due to circumstances outside of our control we are not able to accept returns or cancellations for delayed shipments. Thank you for your understanding and patience. 

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order should you need to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped from our workshop, we are unable to cancel it or make changes, even if you have not yet received your tracking number. 

 

Damaged/ Wrong/ Missing Products

You are required to inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage.

Please contact us at info@arclightsdesign.com within 72 hours if your order arrives damaged (this time limit is required for insurance purposes), incorrect, missing products. We will need your order number, detailed reasons for return and pictures (outside and inside the package) or a video of the damaged product. We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory conclusion. Make sure to keep all of the original packaging material and your receipt! 

Depends on the damage’s degree, we will offer full compensation or a free return with a full refund as customer desire. 

For incorrect product, we will provide a free shipping label to return the item and re-ship the correct product. We will accommodate if customers wish for a refund instead.

For missing products, we will arrange the shipment immediately or provide a full refund on missing items as customers wish. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet (normally 1-3 business days), first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@arclightsdesign.com.
